The hope is from this seed will grow a campaign and political movement to stop the brainless from wasting our time and money.
We will highlight idiocy and wrongdoings in a way that is understandable but where lessons can be learned and improvements can be made.
But there are also many strong and effective councils and organisations we will applaud.
And, unlike the TaxPayers' Alliance, we are also interested in ethics, accountability and transparency.
