YES, because none of us know how. Councils up and down the country have taken to producing videos and sending them out to residents showing people how to throw away rubbish. I just wonder how many of these videos and DVDs have ended up in the bin after being watched. I just hope they were disposed of correctly.
Here's one such example, courtesy of Preston Council... and the videos only cost three grand of taxpayers' money to make!
